Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Licensed attorney to join a client’s team as a Legal Practitioner. You will co-deliver a live online workshop on the practical use of AI in legal practice and lead sessions on confidentiality, privilege, data protection, and professional conduct when using AI tools.

You will demonstrate AI-assisted research, drafting and review workflows, verify AI-generated content, and work with an AI instructor to shape a practical AI-powered legal workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in at least one US state.
• Excellent spoken English and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver interactive online sessions to senior legal professionals.

• Share real-world examples of using AI tools in everyday legal practice.
• Engage with participants, answer questions, and provide practical guidance on responsible AI use.
• Participate in approximately one day of preparation and a short post-training debrief.

• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one US state.
• 5+ years of professional legal practice experience.
• Daily hands-on experience using AI tools for legal research, drafting, document review, or related legal workflows.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, data protection, and professional conduct requirements when using AI and cloud-based tools.
• Ability to identify and verify AI-generated legal information, including fabricated citations and inaccurate content.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and risks in legal practice.
• Excellent spoken English and strong presentation and communication skills.
• Confidence delivering interactive online sessions to senior legal professionals.
• Ability to explain legal and technical concepts clearly to audiences with different levels of AI knowledge.
• Availability for approximately one preparation day and a 3-hour online workshop, scheduled around UAE morning hours.
• Ability to provide a professional biography and headshot for the client proposal.
