Role Overview

As a Legal Personal Assistant based in our London office, you’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating meetings and managing calendars to booking travel and processing expenses, you’ll keep our legal team organised and supported. You’ll handle correspondence, maintain filing systems, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. With five offices across Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, and our newly launched London and Cambridge locations, you’ll be joining a dynamic, growing team that’s shaping the future of legal advisory in Europe. The role

This role will sit in our London office.

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and preparing agendas
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the legal team
  • Prepare and process travel expense claims and reimbursements
  • Maintain calendars and ensure timely reminders for deadlines and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries as appropriate
  • Draft and format correspondence, reports, and legal documents
  • Manage filing systems – both digital and physical – ensuring confidentiality
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the legal team
  • Support onboarding of new team members with administrative setup
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory for the legal department
  • Support London Office Manager and direct report into both London Office Manager and London Managing Partner
Education Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general tech-savviness
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Experience in travel booking and expense processing is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures (not mandatory but a plus)
