The Firm

Our client, a top-tier law firm with a leading Private Client practice, advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs in the UK and internationally. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to professional development, the firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support its Private Client & Tax team in their London office.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to play a pivotal role within a highly regarded Private Client & Tax team. Working closely with Partners and fee earners, you will provide exceptional administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding service to a high-profile client base. Duties to include:

  • Providing proactive and high-quality support to allocated Partners and fee earners
  • Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings (internal and external, including overseas), and preparing documentation and agendas
  • Coordinating with the Document Services team on document production, amendments, and transcription of dictations
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and colleagues
  • Managing new client and matter onboarding in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing draft retainer letters and maintaining accurate client records
  • Preparing and submitting expenses, assisting with billing, and supporting financial administration
  • Maintaining up-to-date client contact information and supporting business development initiatives

This Legal PA position is a full-time, hybrid, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal PA within a law firm (essential)
  • Previous experience supporting a Private Client/Wealth, Tax, or Litigation team (essential)
