The ideal candidate will manage complex diaries, liaise with high-profile clients, and handle sensitive documents, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Previous legal PA experience and a passion for music law are highly desirable. The role offers a hybrid working model with up to £40,000 salary.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the backbone of the team: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Client liaison: Act as the first point of contact for VIP clients, building strong professional relationships.
  • Handle confidential matters: Manage sensitive documents and contracts with precision and discretion.
  • Administrative excellence: From digital dictation and drafting correspondence to expense management and document version control.
  • Event support: Assist with internal and client events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other PAs to provide seamless support across the team.
