A top US Law firm in the City is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to support two Partners and several Fee Earners. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Legal PA experience, excellent secretarial skills, and proficiency in diary management and client relations. Working in their fantastic Finance team, this Legal Secretary/PA role is mainly supporting two Partners and up to 3 other Fee Earners who are all great fun and easy to get along with. They actively encourage you to get involved as much as possible so expect plenty of client contact too!

With that in mind, excellent Secretarial and PA skills are required as you navigate your working day and main duties will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Organising meeting and travel arrangements
  • Copy typing and digital dictation
  • Preparation of draft emails and correspondence
  • Processing expenses on Chrome River
  • Assisting with Billing/Finance tasks
  • Updating Interaction with client contact details
  • Handling client queries
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Amending and formatting agreements/documents as required
