Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level PA support to senior legal professionals, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and supplier relationships
- Manage administrative staff and support the wider team with workflow coordination
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
The Successful Applicant
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Legal PA, Office Manager, or in a similar senior administrative role within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership qualities
