Business Process Manager - Solicitor's Firm - London

This established, multi-office private practice based in northwest London is seeking a Business Process Manager to support ongoing modernisation and operational efficiency across the firm.

The Role

You will take ownership of identifying, mapping and optimising end-to-end business processes across the firm, working closely with Partners and Heads of Department to streamline workflows, reduce manual inefficiencies and drive cultural adoption of improved systems and practices. This is a hands‑on implementation role requiring strong collaboration skills with both earning and support teams.

  • Process review and redesign across departments (client intake, matter progression, billing, risk & compliance)
