Job Description
- Own day-to-day service delivery across all legal client matters.
- Manage onboarding, scoping, document collection, and project tracking.
- Coordinate hand-offs between clients and our external legal partners (solicitors, barristers).
- Maintain and improve legal workflows, knowledge base, and internal tooling.
- Work closely with our AI/legal engineering team to implement automation into workflows.
- Ensure compliance with our regulatory boundaries and flag any edge cases.
- Deliver operational reporting, client performance metrics, and feedback loops.
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years' experience in legal operations, legal tech, or paralegal roles.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows and client service delivery.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions oriented.
- Familiarity with legal tech tools (e.g. contract automation, CRM, document management).
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
