About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Legal Services Department for a permanent position as a Legal Executive at Kent Police Headquarters, Sutton Road, Maidstone. The post holder will manage a personal case load including licensing, civil injunctions, crime enquiries and other civil orders processed by the department, and will oversee the processing and presentation of applications for Domestic Violence Protection Orders (DVPO).

Responsibilities
  • Act as an advocate in the Magistrates' Court on behalf of the Chief Constable of Kent Police to seek DVPOs.
  • Manage a personal caseload covering licensing, civil injunctions, crime enquiries and other civil orders.
