A leading UK enforcement agency is seeking a Legal Enforcement Officer to work hybridly across Nottingham and nearby areas. This full-time role requires expertise in tenancy enforcement and housing law, alongside the ability to manage legal action effectively. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with local authorities and navigate complex challenges while contributing positively to community safety. A full UK driving licence and DB clearance are essential. Salary is £37,400 per annum.

Salary: £37,400 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:15pm)
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Lincoln or Boston office
You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action, working closely with our housing teams, community safety colleagues and external partners. You’ll bring balance to difficult situations, using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From building strong evidence to representing Amplius at court, your work will directly influence customer wellbeing, organisational risk and our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.
