A housing provider in the Greater London area is hiring a Legal Enforcement Officer. This full-time, permanent role involves protecting residents and ensuring safer neighborhoods by using legal powers responsibly. The ideal candidate will have experience in Housing and Tenancy Law, strong relationship-building skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure. The position includes a hybrid working model with part-time presence in either Milton Keynes or Rushden offices, aiming to make a significant social impact in the community.
Covering Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton courts

At Amplius, enforcement is about doing the right thing, in the right way, for the right reasons. As a Legal Enforcement Officer you’ll help protect our residents, support colleagues and contribute to safer, stronger neighbourhoods where people feel secure in their homes.
You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action, working closely with our housing teams, community safety colleagues and external partners.
Your role is to bring balance to difficult situations, using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From building strong evidence to representing Amplius at court, your work will directly influence customer wellbeing, organisational risk and our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.
