RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS (NW) are partnering with our Client to appoint a Legal Director

Based at our Clients Head Office – Trafford Park, Manchester as Legal Director you will work to support to Group Companies with a combined Turnover of c £200m.

As Legal Director you will take responsibility and control of all Legal Matters – relating to Contract Management / People and Property. You will need to be a character that will want to work in a fast paced – challenging and rewarding role and business – it is a cliche but truly no 2 days will be the same!!

Skills and Person needed to be the next Legal Director

• Qualified Solicitor – with a current practising certificate
• Proven experience across Commercial – Dispute Resolution – have a proven track record of Defending and Winning Claims
• Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workloadKeeping up to date with new areas of Law – working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business
• Constant review of Legal Compliance – including Contract drafting and reviewing
• Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group
