Responsibilities

  • Support the credit control team in sharing workloads.
  • Create month-end information for all Partners.
  • Hold meetings to resolve issues and document actions.
  • Produce daily cash tracker and address issues.
  • Oversee training and set up of new starters.
  • Maintain a library of 'How to' guides for all clients.
  • Manage non-payment escalations.
  • Liaise with the Billing team for ebilling systems.
