We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Counsel to join our UK and Ireland team.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, UK & Ireland, you will become part of a global legal team with colleagues around the world. You will provide legal advice across all areas of our UK and Ireland operations and collaborate closely with management across our business divisions, including Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, HR, Property, and Finance.
We are looking for a dynamic legal professional with solid practical experience in commercial law, ideally with a combination of law firm and in‑house expertise. The successful candidate will have proven negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, particularly in areas such as marketing, e‑commerce, and data privacy. You will demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to manage multi‑faced projects efficiently and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
