A leading global consulting firm in Reigate is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Insurance Technology Contracting Team. The successful candidate will handle complex legal issues, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial contracts, preferably within the software or insurance sectors. The firm promotes a hybrid working environment that supports flexibility in the workplace.

The Role:
Legal Counsel within the Insurance Technology Contracting Team:
An interesting, transactional role where the successful candidate will be given real responsibility assisting and advising the business on complex legal issues concerning its software licencing and technology solutions arrangements as well as the procurement of third party services. Not only does this role enable the candidate to work closely with senior members of the business but it also provides the opportunity to work with global internal and external clients (including the world’s largest insurers).
