Our client, a major organisation delivering one of the UK’s most significant energy and infrastructure projects, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its London-based team. This hybrid role offers flexibility while contributing to a nationally important initiative supporting the UK’s energy transition and Net Zero objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice across technology and data contracts
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology contracts, software licensing, digital infrastructure agreements.
  • Support large-scale projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage risk and ensure compliance
  • Contribute to governance, policy, and contract management frameworks
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister (England and Wales) 3 years PQE
  • Proven IP and Technology experience
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to deliver clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment
