What You’ll Do

CoreWeave is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel, EMEA, to join our international Legal team in London, and support across a broad range of work, including commercial contracts, employment, and corporate.

As only the second lawyer outside of the US, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact. You will be exposed to a broad range of work and will partner with key stakeholders across the company, not only legal colleagues in the US, but our People, Finance, Tax, Treasury, GTM, Marketing and Revenue teams.

About the role
  • Commercial: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including, customer, vendor and partnership contracts.
  • Corporate: Support with post-formation formalities and on-going international subsidiary compliance, M&A, and other corporate-support work in partnership with our Corporate Legal team in the US.
  • Employment & Mobility: Advise on employment issues, policies, and cross-border matters, working with the People team and external counsel where needed. Support immigration-related legal work to mobilise and manage a global workforce across EMEA, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the US Legal team and business stakeholders globally to ensure consistency of legal risk management and enable our international growth.
  • Operational: Contribute to the development of scalable processes, templates, and playbooks.
Who You Are
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE gained from training at a top-tier law firm, and with in-house experience at a high-growth technology company
  • Strong grounding in at least commercial, employment, and corporate law gained from working in-house at scaling tech companies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a broad workload across multiple legal areas and jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with colleagues around the world
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound commercial judgment, able to balance legal risk mitigation with key business objectives and tasks
Preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with employment law in EU member states and supporting mobility-related work across EMEA and/or APAC is a strong plus
  • Dual-qualification from a European jurisdiction (such as Spain, Norway, or Sweden) is desirable, but not essential.

The base salary range for this role is £80,000 to £110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
