This is an ideal opportunity for a transactional lawyer with M&A or reinsurance experience looking to move into a broad role which sits closely with the business and has excellent commercial exposure.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating and managing transaction documents from early‑stage structuring to completion
• Providing legal support on existing transactions and operational queries
• Supporting governance processes and ensuring legal risks are clearly communicated
• Collaborating with various business teams and senior stakeholders
• Managing external counsel
• Assisting with development of standard documentation and contributing to legal training

About you:

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE gained in corporate M&A/reinsurance at a leading firm.
• Knowledge of FS regulation helpful but not essential
