Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory issues including IP, data protection, employment, and charity law.
  • Lead on global IP and trademark portfolio management.
  • Support legal operations, risk management, and compliance.
  • Contribute to internal training, policy development, and legal tech initiatives.
About You
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
  • Ideally NQ-3 years PQE (guideline only).
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts and intellectual property.
  • Interest or experience in legal tech, AI, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in NGOs or international organisations.
Location

Remote (UK-based) or Isle of Wight.
