Job summary

Arbuthnot Yon Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel (2-5 PQE) to join its growing in-house team. The role offers exposure to high-quality commercial work, renewables projects and strategic commercial initiatives.

The successful candidate will work in a supportive, collaborative environment with clear development opportunities. Hybrid working is offered, with a requirement for at least 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2-5 PQE in-house experience preferred.
• Experience with renewables and strategic commercial projects.
• Strong ability to advise on a broad range of commercial contracts.

• Support the organisation’s expanding renewables and commercial business on innovative and business-critical projects.
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large-scale and complex agreements.
• Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business.

A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel (2-5 PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded in-house legal team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to high-quality commercial work and significant renewables and strategic commercial projects.

The Role

• Support the organisation’s expanding renewables and commercial business on innovative and business-critical projects
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large-scale and complex agreements along with wider areas of work
• Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
• Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business
• Midlands-based HQ with additional regional sites
• Hybrid working - at least 3 days a week in the office.
