We’re working with a fast-growing, employee-owned financial services business operating globally in the OTC derivatives and commodities markets. The Role

This is a broad in-house position supporting the business with:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, terms of business, services agreements, and security documentation.
  • Advising on derivatives documentation (including ISDA) and related credit processes.
  • Managing counterparty and supplier agreements, including broker and data licensing arrangements.
  • Overseeing contract lifecycle management and maintaining a centralised contracts repository.
  • Providing company secretarial support and general legal advice across the business.

About You

  • Strong experience with client on-boarding processes and documentation in financial services.
  • Skilled in negotiating and drafting English-law commercial contracts.
  • Knowledge of derivatives documentation and related credit processes.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Likely to be a UK-qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, but backgrounds outside this range will be considered.
  • Bonus points for cross-border experience, company secretarial knowledge, and Portuguese/Spanish language skills.
