Job summary

N Brown Group, a leading UK digital retail platform, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Legal Services team at its Manchester head office. You will manage a range of commercial legal issues, including contracts, IP, advertising, IT, and consumer rights in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 2–4 years PQE with strong drafting and negotiation skills. You will provide advice to Marketing, IT and Product, handle disputes, support GDPR and AI projects, and monitor regulatory

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in financial services or retail is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (marketing, supply, IT, consumer terms).
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across Marketing, IT, and Product.
• Manage small claims, disputes, and litigation strategy as needed.
• Support GDPR compliance and AI project implementation.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting the business.
