A global trading firm in London is seeking an experienced Derivatives Lawyer to provide legal advice and negotiate agreements on derivatives transactions. The candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of derivatives regulations. We are seeking an experienced Derivatives Lawyer to join our global legal team. You will collaborate with the firm to negotiate and provide legal advice with respect to derivatives transactions and other trading‑related matters. You will work on a variety of transactions which include commodities transactions, prime broker agreements and other broker relationship additions. You will meet the ongoing legal services and counselling needs of our diverse trading firm. Areas of responsibility will include reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate structure and governance support and regulatory advice for new business initiatives and other corporate legal matters.
This role will be based in our London Office with the expectation of being onsite.
