Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Wills & Probate (Probate Focus)

Location: Sheffield

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting solicitors with all aspects of probate and estate administration
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and external organisations
  • Preparing estate accounts and dealing with asset holders and HMRC
  • Managing case files, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the team as required
About You
  • Experience working within a wills and probate or private client department (essential)
