A global leader in engineered equipment seeks a Legal Assistant to support legal and administrative needs of the in-house Legal team in Renfrew. The role requires at least 3 years of legal support experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask. You will be involved in managing corporate governance, proofreading legal documents, and maintaining legal databases. This Legal Assistant role based in Renfrew offers a unique opportunity to support both the legal and administrative needs of a dynamic in‑house Legal team. You’ll be involved in everything from coordinating external counsel and managing corporate governance processes, to proofreading legal documents and facilitating internal compliance workflows. On the administrative side, you’ll maintain legal databases, arrange document signings, manage team logistics, and help oversee legal invoicing and travel.
It’s a hands‑on, detail‑oriented position ideal for someone with at least three years’ experience in legal support—where no two days look quite the same.
