What you’ll do:

As a Residential Property Legal Assistant based in Warwickshire, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality legal services within the residential property department. Your day‑to‑day activities will involve managing essential administrative processes such as maintaining filing systems for client files, liaising closely with clients and external professionals involved in property transactions, handling new enquiries with care and efficiency, as well as providing timely updates on ongoing cases.   • Prioritise tasks effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative duties.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reporting on client matters so that all parties remain informed throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Utilise your organisational skills and IT literacy to manage case management systems confidently, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness by understanding business targets and contributing towards generating fee income in line with agreed objectives for the department.
