Kennedys is seeking a motivated and organised Collateral Warranty Assistant / Legal Assistant to join our Professional Liability team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in construction and professional indemnity matters who enjoys both administrative and legal support work.
You will play a key role in supporting the team's work on collateral warranties, appointments, and related documents, as well as assisting fee earners in managing case files, correspondence, and client documentation.
This role would suit a paralegal or legal secretary looking for their next challenge.
Kennedys' professional liability team deal with a range of general insurance litigation cases including professional indemnity claims against various professionals including solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers and construction professionals.
The practice covers a broad range of Insurance Litigation working in close collaboration with Kennedys Insurance teams in London and across all the UK offices, representing the same clients.
