Qualifications

• JD/LLM or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience measuring the performance of LLMs or generative AI tools for legal use cases.

Responsabilités

• Set the Legal data strategy by mapping workflows into a use-case taxonomy and prioritizing capabilities with research.
• Create high-quality Legal data by designing tasks, rubrics, and QA-ing datasets from vendors, customers, and synthetic pipelines.
• Steer data priorities by analyzing model failures and reproducing losses to identify gaps in legal knowledge.
• Build Legal evaluations by comparing against industry benchmarks and guiding cross-team evaluation for legal coverage and realism.
• Scale expertise by recruiting and guiding SMEs and converting expert contributions into training data.
