Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is recruiting for multiple Legal Advisor roles based in Bristol. This inbound operation provides legal advice and legal expenses insurance services to corporate customers, handling matters including employment issues, consumer rights, property disputes and personal injury.

The role offers a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or bank holidays, and a salary up to £28,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have undergrad or postgrad qualifications in Law.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Driving for positive resolutions over the phone with customers, including policy application and guidance on all products.
• Providing high quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line.
• Working within agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law.
