HCB Widdows Mason is searching a skilled and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join our dedicated Education team. This role is pivotal in supporting our legal professionals who specialize in educational law, ensuring effective administration and management of cases related to schools, colleges, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a keen interest in legal matters affecting the educational sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence related to education law cases.
  • Conducting legal research pertinent to educational policies, regulations, and cases.
  • Coordinating communication between clients, educational institutions, and legal counsel.
  • Maintaining organised client files and ensuring all documentation is compliant with legal standards.
  • Managing client inquiries and providing updates on their cases effectively.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and other necessary engagements for the education team.
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining databases.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in documentation.
