Job summary

A legal services provider based on the outskirts of Tamworth is seeking an experienced legal administrator/assistant. This full-time role involves supporting legal professionals and includes managing diaries, handling client communications, and maintaining accurate client matters. The salary ranges between £23,000 and £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, with working hours of Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

  • Copy documents and provide reception cover if required.
  • Perform hospitality duties if required.

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced legal administrator/assistant to support their Legal Professionals across the Firm. The role offers a varied and diverse workload and is based at the office on the outskirts of Tamworth on a full‑time basis, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to clients, third parties and internal members
  • Diary management using Microsoft Outlook
  • Creating, editing and formatting various documents including letters, emails, court documents and others
  • Opening and closing of client matters
  • Maintaining client matters ensuring these are up to date and accurate
  • Scanning any documents received and saving to the correct client matter
  • Copying documents
  • Reception cover if required
  • Hospitality duties if required
Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 pa, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
