Contract: Temporary - 2 Months (possibility to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
Positions Available: 2
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (office-based)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour (weekly pay)
Background Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check required

Overview

We are seeking two highly organised and detail‑oriented Legal Administrators to join our client's team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with administrative or retail experience who are confident handling a high volume of documents and client queries in a busy office environment. You will be responsible for processing large volumes of legal documents, supporting case workers, and handling incoming client queries (non‑legal advice). Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and scan incoming post; accurately record details into spreadsheets.
  • Print, prepare, and distribute legal documents to case workers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage high volumes of documentation efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle client calls and queries (non‑legal), including:
    • Booking call‑backs with case handlers.
    • Answering general questions such as "Who can sign my will?"
    • Making amendments to client details.
  • Provide general administrative support across the legal services team.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality protocols.
