Legal Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

Location: Chepstow

Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible: 7:30 – 15:30, 9:00 – 16:00, or 9:00 – 17:00)

Join a friendly, supportive legal team in a well-established Chepstow firm. You’ll work closely with six lawyers and the office manager, gaining valuable experience in a welcoming environment. Previous legal experience is a bonus but not essential – if you’re eager to learn and grow, this could be the perfect role.

Main Duties
  • Support lawyers and office manager with administrative tasks
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and maintain client files
  • Prepare court bundles, property transfers, and legal documents
  • Draft letters, emails, engagement letters, and invoices
  • Handle client enquiries, onboarding, and payments
  • Assist with office organisation, reports, presentations, and marketing
  • Help maintain smooth office systems and filing
