Legal Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Location: Camberley, Office Based
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We are working alongside a growing and client-focused conveyancing business committed to delivering a seamless, 5-star experience. We're now looking for a proactive and organised Legal Administrator to support our finance processes and client onboarding. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the property legal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support finance operations, including drafting financial statements, preparing bank payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist with client onboarding tasks such as ID/AML checks, source of funds verification, and gathering contract information.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely progress on all matters.
  • Provide accurate estimates for conveyancing work to prospective clients.
  • Maintain well‑organised and compliant transaction records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to our 5‑star client service by supporting colleagues and ensuring a positive client experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple cases at once.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A basic understanding of conveyancing or property transaction processes (desirable).
