One of our well-established clients – a highly respected name within the property sector – is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Administration Assistant to support their busy Leicester office.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, providing first‑class administrative and secretarial support to the wider team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client instructions and correspondence efficiently via email and digital dictation
  • Handling new client enquiries, file openings, and compliance procedures
  • Preparing, formatting, and distributing legal documents, reports, and property applications
  • Liaising with clients and solicitors to maintain clear communication and manage expectations
  • Tracking deadlines and key case milestones to ensure timely completion
  • Supporting property processes, including Land Registry and SDLT applications
  • Preparing Docusign envelopes and managing digital documentation
  • Making use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Contributing to ongoing process improvements and the adoption of new technologies
