Job summary

A recruitment and consulting group based in the UK is seeking a Legal Administration Assistant for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role requires support in various administrative tasks, document reviews, database management, and legal projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a BA degree in Business or Law are essential.

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Information Management Assistant or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible support across tasks such as reviewing documents and ensuring consistent terminology.
  • Maintain and manage reference databases, including issuing and tracking documentation.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for collaboration and secure document storage.
  • Assist in legal projects by coordinating with stakeholders and preparing communications.
  • Organise workshops, events, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare presentations and slide decks for internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to drafting and formatting of legal documents.
  • Manage daily administrative activities, including calendar coordination.

Overview

TARCG is delighted to represent an international innovation organisation renowned for accelerating breakthrough technologies within aerospace, defence, and security sectors on their search for a Legal Administration Assistant for a 6 month contract (possibility for extension).

An Administrative Assistant or Information Management Assistant would excel in this position, joining a highly organised and efficient team, by providing support with document reviews, managing databases and assisting in legal projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide flexible support across tasks such as reviewing documents, checking spelling and grammar, and ensuring consistent terminology
  • Maintain and manage reference databases, including issuing and tracking documentation
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites to facilitate collaboration and secure document storage
  • Assist in legal projects by coordinating with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and preparing communications
  • Organise workshops, events, and travel logistics
  • Prepare presentations and slide decks for both internal and external audiences
  • Contribute to the drafting and formatting of legal documents
  • Manage daily administrative activities, including calendar coordination and scheduling
  • Undertake any other duties as required to support the team’s operations
