You will support the Legal Cashiering Team, ensuring accurate postings, timely payments and robust financial records. A proactive, detail-focused candidate who enjoys balancing books will fit in well.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, processing payments, and assisting with month-end activities and VAT returns. A competitive salary is offered with an employee bonus scheme.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounting, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail essential.
• Experience with financial transactions, reconciliations or maintaining accounts records.
• Experience in a legal accounts team is useful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Post transactions accurately to client and office ledgers.
• Process payments, cheque requests and account transfers.
• Complete daily bank reconciliations.
• Assist with weekly payment runs and month-end processes.
• Maintain financial records and investigate ledger queries.
• Support VAT returns and petty cash management.
• Ensure compliance with client money procedures.
