Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations across client and office accounts.
Process incoming and outgoing payments, including BACS, disbursements, standing orders, and international transfers.
Assist with daily banking, bills, credit notes, write-offs, and client-to-office transfers.
Respond to finance queries promptly via the Finance Helpdesk, maintaining a high level of service.
Keep accurate financial records and support the team with ad hoc finance and treasury tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a legal accounts, finance, treasury, or bookkeeping role.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A willingness to develop an understanding of SRA Accounts Rules (training provided).
Experience with Proclaim and/or AccessPay would be an advantage.
