Job summary

Trimble in Leeds is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Specialist to convert qualified leads and sell market-leading structural design software to small and mid-sized firms in the construction sector. This in-office role emphasizes direct customer engagement and product demonstrations to drive revenue and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

1-2 years in phone-based new customer acquisition, telesales, or junior account management.
Ability to explain technical software concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with modern CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a structured sales approach.

Responsibilities

Proactively approach existing clients and cultivate warm leads to drive software acquisition.
Consult with decision-makers to sell ROI and value, not just features.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver engaging product demos that convert prospects.
Prepare accurate, compelling sales quotes and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
Partner with the AECO sales organization to share market insights and refine product knowledge.
