You will rotate through Core Finance, Audit & Assurance, Risk & Governance, Strategic Business Management, Taxation & Treasury, and other business areas, learning on the job while studying for an Accounting/Finance degree.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities suitable for accounting and finance apprenticeships.
• Comfort with data and financial reporting processes, including factual recomputations.
• Willingness to learn and apply HMRC and GAAP/IFRS knowledge in real scenarios.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in cross-functional exposure across finance and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting in Core Finance.
• Assist Audit & Assurance to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to Risk & Governance safeguards and internal controls.
• Help with Strategic Business Management planning and KPI tracking.
• Engage with Taxation & Treasury activities and improving processes.
• Share insights from on-the-job learning to improve financial operations.
