Job summary

Flare Electrical & Solar Contractors is looking for qualified electricians and experienced electrical improvers to join our LED lighting teams in Sevenoaks and across the South East. The role focuses on second-fix installation and lighting upgrades for commercial environments.

The position offers a four-day week for much of the year, with enhanced out-of-hours rates and progression opportunities. Basic salary ranges from £28,000 to £55,000 depending on experience and capability.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electricians and experienced electrical improvers.
• Strong second-fix ability and comfort with working at height.
• UK driving licence preferred or required depending on site.
• Ability to work in a team and follow site instructions and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Removal and replacement of commercial light fittings.
• Second-fix electrical installation work.
• Minor associated cabling and containment where required.
• Testing, fault finding and making good on-site.
• Working safely as part of an experienced installation team.
