Overview

We are looking for an LED Foundation Year Two to join the Urology Department at Eastbourne District General Hospital, part of East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a Trust funded post with training opportunities similar to a training post.

Responsibilities
  • Support the assigned consultant in both emergency and elective workload within the Urology Department.
  • Participate in the Hospital at Night rota (1:13 shift) alongside doctors from Urology & ENT, providing emergency care to specialty patients.
  • Be the first contact for post‑operative emergencies for admitted patients under General Surgery, Breast and Gynaecology.
  • Provide cover between residents for leave requests.
