Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced construction management professional to lead practice-based education within the School of Engineering and the Built Environment. About the Role:

Working within the School of Engineering and the Built Environment you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality, practice-based education across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Teaching in both the UK and through our international partnership activity in China, you will bring extensive professional experience into the classroom, ensuring students develop the knowledge, skills and industry awareness needed for successful careers in the built environment. You will contribute to curriculum innovation, lead practical and professional activities including placements and industry engagement, develop external partnerships, and support student success through academic leadership, employability initiatives and collaboration with colleagues across the School of Engineering and the Built Environment.

An experienced and well-connected construction management professional with a passion for sharing industry expertise and supporting the development of future construction leaders, you will have significant professional experience in construction management, strong knowledge of areas such as project delivery, construction technology, contract administration, health and safety, resource management and project planning, together with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in professional practice, a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, and the ability to build productive partnerships with industry, professional bodies and external stakeholders. You will be enthusiastic about supporting students from diverse backgrounds and contributing to an inclusive and industry-focused academic community.
