Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Mathematics to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a salary on the Academic Pay Scale ranging from £31,133 (T1) to £44,841 (T11), depending on experience and qualifications.
As a Lecturer in Maths, you will have the rewarding role of delivering engaging and high-quality teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion. You'll create dynamic teaching programs, closely monitor student progress, and guide them through exams, while also managing their Individual Learning Plans. Your influence will extend to fostering a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance.
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree, who either has a teaching qualification or is eager to pursue one. A minimum Level 2 in English and Maths is essential. If you have experience in teaching Maths GCSE and Functional Skills, alongside strong organisational and communication skills, and can thrive both independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
