Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across music production and performance - inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Plan, assess, and provide meaningful feedback that helps learners grow both technically and creatively.
- Coordinate elements of the course, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective internal verification.
- Support students with live briefs, performances, and real-world industry experiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously develop and enhance our curriculum.
- Embed essential English and maths skills into your teaching.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong, up-to-date knowledge of music production, performance, composition, and technology.
- Can inspire and motivate learners through creative, student-centred teaching.
- Brings industry or teaching experience (or ideally both!).
- Is confident using music technology software and digital tools.
- Holds (or is willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification.
