About the role

We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals in Aesthetic Practice to lead and inspire students on our dynamic Level 4 Aesthetic Practice course at the London College of Beauty Therapy. As a Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight to help learners thrive. You'll plan and deliver engaging, relevant content, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.

Qualifications
  • Level 4 Qualification or above in Aesthetic Practice.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
Experience
  • Extensive industry experience in aesthetic practice. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential; we welcome professionals looking to transition into education.
Expertise
  • Outstanding current knowledge of all Aesthetic Practice areas including electrolysis and microdebrasion, chemical peels, micro‑needling and non‑surgical blemish removal using electrocautery techniques.
Passion
  • A confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.

Salary
