All colleagues within the College contribute to the success of our students and we actively work to eliminate any barriers at work, ensuring you have the opportunity to thrive.

A Registered Nurse in any field, you will be integral to supporting the FE curriculum from Level 1 Health and Care courses to T Level Health, and be a key player in our development of the NMC Nursing Associate FdSc programme pending validation by NMC/UWE. This is a unique role as we are looking for someone who is proactive and keen to share the values of good healthcare as well as skills with our young people and future HE adult learners alike.

You will be given some FE lecturing hours and be supported to achieve your teaching qualification if you do not yet have one. In addition to the teaching, you will take the lead with our simulation and skills spaces both at College Green and our upcoming development at SBSA. You will manage the resources and inventory ensuring the spaces are safe and ready to use as well as running small skills sessions for all levels of learner. You will have creative freedom to develop skills and simulation scenarios and work with employer partners to keep current.

You will be keen to learn new digital skills to work with our simulation Manikins, VR Headsets, immersive room and other resources. It is not expected that you have all these skills upon application, but be keen and have a 'can‑do' attitude to making the role your own.

We have four main sites across the city with state‑of‑the‑art facilities. Further future investment in our estates is now allowing us to provide the best possible outcomes for our students and local communities, delivered by our fantastic community of colleagues.
