Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Assessor / Verifier awards (or willingness to work towards).

Experience

• Relevant vocational / industrial experience in healthcare.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical role.
• Strong industry networks and professional integrity.
• Recent teaching experience in further education or a professional setting.

Desirable

• Degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Experience with higher education teaching, T-Level delivery, and curriculum planning.
• Knowledge of embedding English and Maths into curriculum delivery.
