Regent’s University London’sSchool of Business is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship - ready to begin teaching in January at the start of the Spring Term 2026-27 academic year. This is a full-time post, suitable for a passionate and energetic educator with experience of the UK Higher Education sector and business school teaching.

We are looking for educators and scholars, who can deliver not only a premium classroom experience but also contribute towards our interdisciplinary approach to business education - embedding technology, cultural awareness, curiosity, emerging trends, and applied thinking in all aspects of curriculum development, teaching, learning and assessments.

We value candidates with technical industry experience and connections, able to enrich our students’ learning and employability prospects. As a truly international business school, with a significant majority of students hailing from abroad: thriving in a diverse and culturally reach environment by demonstrating empathy, connectivity and advanced communication skills are important.

With these aspirations in mind, your field of expertise should lean towards the practical application of entrepreneurship theories and models, equipping undergraduate and postgraduate students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify opportunities, develop and test new ideas, build viable ventures, and navigate the practical challenges of launching and growing entrepreneurial businesses.

In addition, there will be opportunities to contribute to multidisciplinary teaching across various other disciplines in elective modules delivered on non-business degree courses.

Interviews will be held in-person at our Regent’s University London campus.
