Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in English to join our Slough & Langley College team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role offers a salary on the Academic Pay Scale ranging from £31,133 (T1) to £44,841 (T11), depending on experience and qualifications.
As a Lecturer in English, you will deliver effective teaching programmes within your competency areas, focusing on developing independent learners and facilitating student progression.
Working closely with Specialist Learning Coaches you will assist learners facing barriers to learning and help them break through and remove these barriers to ensure high levels of student attendance, retention and achievement. By engaging in the assessment of learners from application, progression, setting targets and milestones, you will provide the necessary support where necessary.
